I initially chose this book because (1) I love the movie Holiday Inn; and (2) I was hungry at the time... and well... there you have it. I wish there were a more sophisticated and cerebral reason prompting my selection... but there wasn't. It was definitely a "I picked that racehorse because of its name" type of decision...I lucked out though, and this book is a winner... I highly recommend it... among many other great things, it's subtle boomer humor at its best. Apparently, this is Mr. Kling's second book... his first The Dog Says How is now at the top of my "need to read" list.
